Request (PDF)
A completed Puppy Request form is required for all prospective buyers.
RLS uses this form to aide in the decision of choosing homes for the
puppies; no information will be given to any outside parties. Please email or call RLS for confirmation that it has received your
Puppy Request. 
Bill
of Sale (PDF)
Both
buyer and RLS will receive a Bill of Sale with original signatures.
The contract consists of information on the sold dog, conditions of
the sale, and the signatures.
