Informational Forms
Each
puppy sold from RLS will receive the following papers:
- Nutrition
Information- This packet contains information about choosing
the correct dog foods, feeding guidelines, nutritional requirements,
and the puppy's current feeding regimen.
- Nutro Information- Paper outlining the benefits of the quality dog food, Nutro Natural Choice High Energy Formula, as well as a comparative chart against three other top name brand active formula foods. Nutro stays in the lead!
- Health
Record- All medical procedures, such as vaccinations, dewormings,
and surgeries, are recorded by RLS on the record charts.
- RLS Pedigree-
This pedigree is unofficial but accurate; official pedigrees can be
received by FDSB when the puppy is registered. RLS's pedigree contains
a minimal five generation tracing, as well as explanations on how to
read pedigrees and how to obtain an official FDSB pedigree.
- Recommendations-
RLS will include a list of links, suppliers, and books that have been
found to be valuable.
- Spay and
Neuter Information- RLS really suggests the spaying/neutering
of all puppies sold as Pet/Hunting Quality (and even P/H/Breeding Quality,
if breeding is not the specifically intended use of the buyer) and will
provide information on the procedures' benefits.
